great vibes but minor issues
The townhouse vibe offered a unique sense of privacy, creating a relaxed atmosphere during our stay. Plus, the room's decor was thoughtfully designed, making us feel quite at home.
The heating in the room was a bit temperamental at times.

Stylish contemporary rooms, excellent shower facilities, unique historical features
The noise from the adjacent pub was unbearable!!! A lack of lift access to upper floors made for an inconvenient climb. Attention to maintenance of furnishings would really improve the overall aesthetic!!!

Had a blast with my friends! The location was perfect for hitting up The Button Factory and The Rectory nearby. We loved the comfy beds and found the shower great. Just a heads-up, breakfast had a decent variety, but we heard mixed reviews on the breakfast bags. Definitely worth the stay though!
One downside was the checkout confusion since reception wasn’t staffed. It took a bit to figure out where to leave the key, which wasn’t ideal after a long night out.

This place has a really cozy vibe. The quirky decor made me feel right at home. The room had a comfy bed and a powerful shower, which was a fantastic surprise after a long day. I loved the thoughtful touches, like great toiletries and a warm welcome from the staff. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter and close to all the action. I encountered a hiccup during checkout. The reception wasn’t staffed, and it took a few minutes to figure out where to leave the key. It’s a bit of a hassle when you’re in a rush. I heard some noise from the bar next door, but it didn’t bother me too much since the place has its charm.

The classic decor in the rooms gives off a cozy, chic vibe that adds to the overall experience. The mattress in the Superior Double Room provided a nice plush feel, perfect for a decent night's rest after a long day out.
Room 1 faced a lively bar with a beer garden, resulting in a noisy night due to a DJ event that lasted until 3am, making sleep elusive. My windows couldn’t open because of the cigarette smoke drifting in. You’re somewhat exposed to balcony view from the bar above—definitely needs curtains closed for privacy. The main light in the room barely illuminated the space, which was less than ideal when trying to get ready. In room 9, the toilet seat was loose and didn’t stay up when needed. though I didn’t see anyone to report it to upon checkout, it didn't dampen my overall visit.
